Description
Karka-Dan is the leader of the African Sub-Saharian Gangs and the mightiest warlord in this territory. In his massive hands alone lie the local supplies for food, and water and energy and he and his men are ready to strike down any rebellion with bloody force. Before the mutation took over, Karka-Dan ran an illegal weapons trading ring that helped him take power. ~ in-game description.
